After verifying their mobile number, users can then proceed to pay for the consultation and engage in a video consultation at the scheduled time from the comfort of their homes, workplaces, or while traveling.

Aster eConsult allows for private interactions through chat and voice calls, enabling patients to seek answers to their medical questions. The experience is akin to an in-person visit, as doctors are able to take comprehensive histories and understand patients' symptoms before recommending appropriate treatment options, including prescriptions and necessary lab tests.
